We couldn’t be happier. When our ice maker quit working Mr appliance sent a technician, Benji, out the next day. They were very prompt and had us back in ice. Thank you!

Exceptional response and service from Mr. Appliance. I'd been without a full-size refrigerator for one month. I called Mr. Appliance, they scheduled next day service. Mike was at my address today, diagnosed my refrigerator issue and provided a temporary solution while he orders the part needed. This after a month with Sears Home Service misdiagnosing and not resolving the issue. Thank you Mike, and way to go Mr. Appliance and Mike.

Scheduling was very easy. Mike arrived on time and was very courteous. He diagnosed the problem with the broiler and refrigerator and offered me options.

I was not sure who to pick when I did an initial search online but I am so glad I made an appointment with Mr. Appliance. I made the appointment online and they called me to confirm and advised they had a same day appointment available so I took that immediately. Chad came on time as promised per the email with a picture. He was so professional and was able to diagnose the problem immediately and answered all our questions. One thing I really did appreciate they said for all services rendered they back it up for a year guarantee and also said if this does not fix the problem all money would be refunded minus the diagnostic fee. The part has to be ordered but Chad came back 2 days later in the morning and was able to get it installed and working great. Thank you for saving me at least $1500 from buying a new fridge which I thought we were going to do but after Chad helping us out we can still enjoy this fridge. We will be repeat customers when we need help for any of our appliances.
