I was not sure who to pick when I did an initial search online but I am so glad I made an appointment with Mr. Appliance. I made the appointment online and they called me to confirm and advised they had a same day appointment available so I took that immediately. Chad came on time as promised per the email with a picture. He was so professional and was able to diagnose the problem immediately and answered all our questions. One thing I really did appreciate they said for all services rendered they back it up for a year guarantee and also said if this does not fix the problem all money would be refunded minus the diagnostic fee. The part has to be ordered but Chad came back 2 days later in the morning and was able to get it installed and working great. Thank you for saving me at least $1500 from buying a new fridge which I thought we were going to do but after Chad helping us out we can still enjoy this fridge. We will be repeat customers when we need help for any of our appliances.

We contacted Mr. Appliance-Ponte Vedra to evaluate our Whirlpool wall oven/microwave combo. It was losing power regularly and would not connect to the internet. Two techs came out the same day and diagnosed the problem as needing a new control panel. Part was ordered and the returned 2 days later and installed the part and tested to see that it is now operating properly. The techs were very knowledgeable, personable, explained the issue and timely. We highly recommend Mr Appliance and will utilize their services again when needed.

Outstanding company! They were responsive. They identified the problem with our dishwasher machine, ordered the right parts, had them delivered on time, and did the work quickly and professionally. Their technician, Chad, was very knowledgeable. He also provided great advise on how to use and maintain all of our appliances. He is superb! I highly recommend this company, and especially Chad!

I would recommend these people. They showed up on time and fixed our dishwasher within a few minutes. It was a loose wire under the unit. Mike was our repair man. He had fixed our washer and dryer on a previous call. He knows his stuff.
