Noah was the technician who came out to repair my washer. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was on time as promised. I would definitely recommend Mr. Appliance to everyone.

I really enjoyed having Shannon at our house. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our ice maker. It was an expensive replacement, but he had it ordered and installed within just a couple of days. I absolutely hate paying for appliance repairs when you purchase ones that should be more reliable. But calling Mr. Appliance was the best way to go. Their work and the replacement ice maker came with a one-year warranty.

From the time I made the call for the appt to the arrival of my technician, Shannon, the experience was nothing but professional. The rep on the phone was courteous and explained everything to me. I was able to get an appt in a time frame that suited me. They sent me a text with a 2 hour time frame and a picture of my technician, which was very reassuring. Shannon was very honest and a pleasure to chat with. He was back in a couple days and installed the parts. He even showed me how to clean my dryer to avoid a lint fire. I will be recommending this repair service to my friends and family.

Fast and excellent service. Noah L was here in under 2 hours from when I called. He diagnosed the problem within minutes. Unfortunately the part I needed was no longer produced by Whirlpool. Noah offered all my options to complete the repair. I will call them again whenever I need service. Thanks
