The washing machine broke down and we decided to try Mr. Appliance. What a great choice! The service tech, Michael, was very prompt to come over and diagnose the problem. The part needed was not in his van but he was back the next business day bright and early. Fixed the issue and was on his way. I felt it was a reasonable price and very timely. Thanks for the great service!!

I liked that they waive the initial diagnosis fee if you decide to have them do the work. They also do a good job.
