Mark called on us on time, after notifying us he was on his way. He fixed our dishwasher problem. He was friendly and informative. As he was getting ready to go he noticed our refrigerator and asked if we had cleaned the coils. He showed us how to do it. He probably saved us a huge repair. Thanks for a great job at a fair price.

This is the second time I’ve used Mr Appliance. Easy setup for appointment and they can usually come next day . I like the text/email confirmation for when your tech is on the way. Diagnosis was done and we needed parts ordered. It only took a couple days for them to arrive and for Mark to come back and fix our appliances. Thanks Mark for your great service!

The needed repairs were well explained and the prices quoted up front. Parts for our 30+ year old dryer were ordered and Donald was able to come back the next day to complete the work. He did a great job, verified his work and even checked on a noise that neither of us was sure had been there earlier.

Made online appointment on a Sunday and they came out the next day to fix our oven. Very impressed we could get service the very next day! Mark was professional and had the part with him. Will definitely be using them in the future!

I was so pleased that Mr. Appliance was able to come to my house so quickly to checkout my dishwasher problem! He ordered the part while here and had it the next Monday. Mark was very nice and certainly had the ability to diagnose and fix it as soon as possibly. They will be my go to repair from now one.

Mark did an outstanding job of diagnosing a one off issue. He got my bar fridge up and working again and provided guidance on what to do if the problem cropped up again. This manufacturer did not have any customer support and replacement parts where nowhere to be found. So this fix and a future solution if it happens again was a big money saver!
