Our Results
Saved us from purchasing a new washer/dryer set. We were concerned that the dryer was dead due to age but Pablo told us the older machines are far superior, if it can be repaired. He came out and quickly diagnosed our problem, ordered parts, and was amazing in the repair. He was on time, courteous, and he also took the time to ensure the machine was clean inside and out. Outstanding service and we could not be happier!
Yesterday Alex with Mr Appliance of Sugar Land came and determined what was happening with our KitchenAid freestanding ice machine. He looked the machine over and then patiently watched it function through cycles before he determined our issue was the water valve. He quietly checked for availability of parts and let us know he found the part and would return today to install it. Alex just completed the work. He was very polite, informative, well versed on my appliance. He was very careful to clean up after the installation and left our home clean. What a refreshing change compared to previous appliances service/repair. VERY professional! Our new appliance service/repair company for sure!! Thank you again for your help Alex!! Marty is very professional and used his experience to diagnose the problem with our refrigerator. Once the replacement part was delivered he came right out and replaced the part. Everything is working again! We are very with his service. This not the first time he has helped us with an appliance problem and I'm sure it won't be the last. I highly recommend him to help with your appliance repairs.

It was easy to make appointment. Mr Gillispi came when promised. took info of parts needed nad ordered them. When he received the parts he came backa as promised and corrected the problem right away, also witha friendly attitude. Thank you

Marty worked diligently to repair my 17 year old refrigerator to prevent me from having to buy a new one. However, he was not successful. But he was very fair with the price he charged for his effort to repair the refrigerator. I would recommend this company for appliance repairs!
