Bradley was great. The lighting problem waa a mystery but he stuck with it and figured it out. Cleaned the coils and did a great job. He is a calm worker under some pressure. Mr. Appliance waa a great choice. I will use them again.

Came out the same day and quickly found and repaired the issue with my leaking washing machine.

Highly recommend using this company. The customer service is phenomenal. After our washer broker they were fast to come out and make the fix happen and Matthew was very knowledgeable

I gota give it to Bradley!!! That dude would not stop until my refrigerator was fixed. Unfortunately the refrigerator became possessed an my light started to flicker then the compressor went out and it wasn't worth it at that time. I would recommend this company to everyone. My dude Bradley your it my man!!!

I called Mr. Appliance because my refrigerator was freezing the bottled water and soda. The soda had actually exploding in the tray. This happened twice within one week. I was sent an email the day before giving me an arrival window and who my technician would be. They sent a picture of him. I was assigned Bradley. He arrived within the stated window of two hours, introduced himself and performed a diagnostic on the refrigerator. He found the problem (the fan stopped working) and explained to me what the fan does. He told me they did not have the part in stock and would have to order it. The new part arrived and the office called to schedule a date for the install, to get my refrigerator up and running. Bradley, was very professional, kind and took the time to explain everything to me. He came on Tuesday and was back on that Friday to install the new part. I was so happy with him and the work performed that I had them replace my garbage disposal too. I will definitely call them again if I need help with another appliance.
