I was able to get an appointment the next morning even though I booked late in the evening. Charles was fantastic. He arrived on the early end of the service window. He took the time to explain the repair and took care to ensure that everything was clean and working before he left. If I need an appliance repaired in future I will certainly use Mr. Appliance.

David was a great technician for Mr. Appliance! He repaired my adult son's drying machine. We got very prompt service. They were able to get us an appointment the day after we requested one online. It did take 2 days for the repair, but it involved a day to diagnose the issue, and get the part/s picked up for the repair. I would recommend this company!

Best of the best call two other local appliance repair people came out said what they thought was wrong orderd the parts put it on did not fix it Mr appliance took more of the refrigerator apart than the other two people put together order the right part fixed its ice cold now so don't waste your time with these other so called local repair people call the best Mr appliance thank you Paul
