Great service from Damon! Our washer stopped working so we called Chris at Mr. Appliance in Tewksbury and ace repairman Damon arrived to our place within 2 hours of our call. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the new part (new water pump) that arrived the next day. He gave us a firm price that was very reasonable. We appreciated his clear explanation of the problem and the options available to us. Damon was able to install the pump staight away and all is well. We couldn't be more pleased with Damon and the folks at Mr Appliance of Tewksbury. Highly recommend them, and they will be 'top of the list' when any of our major appliances need service!

I contacted Mr. Appliance to address an issue with my built-in GE refrigerator. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication regarding the type of appliance, and when the technician arrived, they realized they couldn't service it, as only a GE-certified technician can work on built-ins. The technician was very apologetic, and I appreciated that there was no charge for the visit, which I found considerate on their part. Overall, the experience was smooth and well-organized. I received a text confirming the appointment with a photo of the technician, which was a great touch for safety. They also gave a courtesy call about 15 minutes before arrival and arrived within the scheduled time window. The technician was knowledgeable, kind, and understanding about the mix-up. As someone who runs a service-based business myself, I understand these things happen. I found Mr. Appliance to be professional and accommodating, and I would feel comfortable reaching out to them for future appliance needs.
