I contacted Mr. Appliance to address an issue with my built-in GE refrigerator. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication regarding the type of appliance, and when the technician arrived, they realized they couldn't service it, as only a GE-certified technician can work on built-ins. The technician was very apologetic, and I appreciated that there was no charge for the visit, which I found considerate on their part. Overall, the experience was smooth and well-organized. I received a text confirming the appointment with a photo of the technician, which was a great touch for safety. They also gave a courtesy call about 15 minutes before arrival and arrived within the scheduled time window. The technician was knowledgeable, kind, and understanding about the mix-up. As someone who runs a service-based business myself, I understand these things happen. I found Mr. Appliance to be professional and accommodating, and I would feel comfortable reaching out to them for future appliance needs.

We got a prompt appointment, a text with a photo of our technician, Kevin. He let us know when he was on the way and arrived in the window provided. He was really nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Diagnosed the problem, and the repairs needed.

Kevin was great. I appreciated how prompt he was, including giving me a call when he was 20 minutes away. He explained everything he was doing and got my dryer fixed during the visit. Professional, knowledgeable, personable and courteous - I would definitely recommend.

They had to come back twice to fix our issue, but we were not charged any additional money and they came out as soon as they could get someone here. Very happy with their service!

Very happy with my service! It was the first time I used Mr Appliance of Tewksbury and I would definitely use them again. It was very easy to schedule my appointment on line. And I liked the confirmation texts & emails plus the photo of my technician. I thought it was all very professional & courteous. My technician was great too and I would happily have him return to repair other appliances. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know.

Kevin Kevin Kevin.. he is the man! He knew exactly what was wrong with my washer and dryer. He was very informative on what would happen next. Ordered the parts immediately and returned quickly. He was prompt with arrival time, friendly and polite ( I'm big on customer service).
