Repairs were done in a timely manner
We had an under counter ice maker that was given us fits. Reached out to Mr. Appliance and they took on the challenge of figuring it out. Got it fix and returned in short order. Ice is back on the menu and the wife is happy!
Donovan was very efficient and diligent in knowing what the issue was and necessary follow up for repairs.
Service was excellent! I called , they made an appointment for the next day. Donovan was our technician and he diagnosed the problem, they ordered the part and he came to install it within a couple of days. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Very fast service! Super reliable and I highly recommend them! The professionalism that was displayed from the person scheduling the appt to the tech that came and gave the diagnosis and did the repair was superb. If I could give 10 stars I would. Cody was my tech and he did a great job. Thanks again!

Cody quickly found exactly what was wrong with the icemaker of my refrigerator, ordered the part, and fixed it quickly on the return visit.
