Using Mr. Appliance to diagnose problems we were having with our washer and dryer was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Our service technician, Derrick, was professional, proficient, and personable. He arrived promptly, worked diligently and efficiently, and cleaned up very well after his work was completed. He was extremely forthcoming about our issues and the cost for repairs. Unfortunately, the cost of repair was prohibitive and we decided that it was more cost effective to purchase new appliances. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance because of the stellar service that we received!

There was some confusion in the scheduling of the service and if I had not called to confirm the service appt, the technician may not have been here when scheduled. The first visit is supposed to be simply diagnostic, to figure out the problem and then schedule a different appt to do the repair. However, once the technician did arrive, (Derrick) he was great! Very professional. He diagnosed the issue and just happened to have the needed part to repair my wash machine in his van. So he replaced the part on the initial visit and we were good to go! Very pleased, thanks Derrick! I do hope that Mr Appliance takes care of and attempts to retain their experienced technicians. Their field experience and expertise are a reflection of the values of the company they work for. Only drawback is the invoice Derrick sent to my email did not have an itemized list for cost of the part versus cost of installation. Just a total for the job. I would've liked to know how much that actual part costs but in the grand scheme, it's moot. However, don't think the company makes the customer or the techs privy to that info. Still very satisfied with my choice for Mr Appliance!

Derrick went above and beyond in providing professional service. Even after the initial diagnosis showed that it wasn't something he could repair (turned out to be an electrical problem and not the dishwasher) he spent additional time helping me understand the problem and the next steps I need to take, all without an extra charge.

Upon moving into our new home and starting our first limit of laundry, to our surprise, we learned that the washing machine would not drain nor spin. Visited the local Mr. appliance in Gray, Tennessee looking for help. Melissa, the office assistant did a wonderful job and putting my fears to rest and getting us scheduled for a repair. On the day of the repair, the repair man came in, knew exactly what to do after the diagnostic check up and fix the problem. Now our washing machine as good as new. If you were having troubles with any of your appliances, I recommend very strongly reaching out to Mr. appliance. For me and my family, they did a fantastic job.
