I can always count on Mr Appliance to send me a very well qualified technician to address. Any concerns I may have with my home appliances. Jason came out to my home yesterday and fixed a plugged drain line on the freezer side of my refrigerator. He also cleaned behind the refrigerator to vent and prevent the issue from reoccurring. Jason kept me well informed was polite, calm, and courteous the entire visit I would highly recommend Mr Appliance for all your Appliance Repair needs. I am no longer, considering having to replace my refrigerator in large part due to Jason’s expertise in repairing same

We had an intermittent problem with our dishwasher shutting off mid-cycle. They found and fixed the problem very quickly.
