Front office very good at communicating and friendly. Technician (Kevin) was very thorough in diagnosing the problem, explaing eveything to me in detail, showed up when he said he would and made a great effort in keeping a clean environment, wearing shoe covers and cleaning up completely after his work. I would call them again if I ever have an appliance in need of repairs.

Our repairmen, Scott & his partner, were very professional and knowledgeable. I also appreciated that they put covers over their shoes and replaced everything taken out of our cabinets. I will definitely recommend Mr. Appliance.

I called and Mark was out the next day, good communication and on time. Got my dryer fixed in a jiffy. Very polite and friendly, highly recommend them!

Kevin came out and looked at two of our appliances and was a true professional. He explained everything that was causing issues and was awesome with our 3yo (who might have the knack) and protective dog. I appreciated the openness and his rapport with me to explain the situation and make recommendations on what to do as next steps. I would highly recommend him for any appliance repair.
