Our ten year old GE refrigerator wasn’t working properly and of course the store we bought it from said they only sold products and didn’t service them. Nothing unusual these days, so I went on line to find someone for service. Mr. Appliance got my attention with their positive reviews and comments. I called them and Jared, their very knowledgeable service professional, came the next day. In a short time Jared had the problem identified and changed out some parts from the stock he carried in his truck. It was a pleasure having him repair our fridge with his friendly, efficient and professional approach. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance as a provider of service for household appliances.

Washing machine needed a new pump. Jared didn’t have it in his truck. So he went to shop came back later in the day to make sure we were up and going. Great service

The technician, Jared, was very helpful and professional. He fixed our machine quickly and the cost was very reasonable. He was honest with us about the cost to repair vs. purchasing a new washer. I was able to get an appointment within a day and Jared arrived on time within the stated timeframe. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance.

Called in the morning with a broken dryer and they were able to send someone out that afternoon who arrived within the specified timeframe. Dryer was back up and running when they left. Fast and efficient service. My only request would be better detail in the invoices. There was no breakdown between parts and labor - just the total cost and tax. Parts were listed, but the cost of the parts was not included.

The tech was early. He had called before arriving and offered to wait a few minutes in the driveway until I was ready. He went right to business, assessed the problem and repaired the dryer very quickly. He cleaned up his workspace (and more) and offered some maintenance tips. I would definitely recommend.

Diagnosed the problem and ordered necessary part same day. Promptly had part delivered and scheduled follow-up to complete the task. Timely reminders and updates kept everything on task. When contacting other repair companies, they didn't want to tackle the problem. Mr. Appliance accepted the assignment and crushed it!
