I recently used Mr Appliance to repair my front loader washer because of a previous experience with them repairing my refrigerator! They are reliable, on time, and have fixed the problem the first time ! Will use again

Mr Appliance is an awesome great company I would recommend them to everyone. My repairman Richard was so great he was friendly and very knowledgeable. They gave me an appointment so fast and he solved my problem . Another company I had 3 times could not do the job right.
The appointment scheduling was easy and quick. The repairman quickly diagnosed the problem with our ice maker and had the parts ordered and installed quickly. I would highly recommend their service.

Devon is the best! Because the freezer in our rental totally iced over, it took 2 trips to manually remove the ice & complete the repair. He worked around our schedule which was very much appreciated!
Little expensive and it took him awhile to get the part but that wasn't their fault other than that great service

My dryer stopped working and as a family of six that cannot happen. I called at 10 AM and they were here by 12:30, he was very upfront about the price, he was efficient, communication was great and I would definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend using Mr. Appliance for any repairs. Devon was outstanding and very knowledgeable in repairing our Ice maker and water line. Not only did he did he asses the problem, but he showed me step by step how to identify any issues in the future. That is the kind of service I will gladly return for and no doubt request him to do any repairs going forward. Devon's scheduled job was to fix my stove control panel, but then he noticed a towel in front of my fridge and asked if I was having leakage. He quickly determined that it was a clogged drain and that he could take care of it. On a whim I asked him about my shaking washer. He took a look and said that he could take care of that too. I am so appreciative of Devon's attention to detail and concern. He not only fixed all three problems, but he gave me useful tips to avoid repeats. Devon was timely, professional, efficient and just an overall pleasure to work with. My dog Julie (his unofficial assistant) says that he's a keeper. Thank you Devon for fixing the issues and saving my family thousands in new appliance purchases. Mr. Appliance is the way to go.

Amazing Customer Service all around! From the start to when I called to schedule appointment and all the way until the technician was done. Devon was professional, courteous, and very thorough with his assessment. He was able to quickly determine the issue and even informed us on how to prevent future problems with our appliance.
