Rosemary, thank you so much for choosing Mr Appliance to repair your KitchenAid refrigerator. We only use factory OEM parts so you shouldnt have any issue with the repair lasting, however, we do offer a one year warranty on parts if for some reason something did go out.

Kobe the tech arrived on time, knew the problem with my samsung refridge and got right to work, freezer had frozen over and blocked the defrosed line. Cleared the blockage,was very efficient and knowlegeable, and friendly. Would call them again!
Our Sub Zero refrigerator quit working on the first day that we moved into this particular home and Mr Appliance was available - a friendly person actually answered the phone- to come out immediately to assess, diagnose and make it great again! The previous owner obviously neglected to properly maintain such a nice/pricy refrigerator, thorough cleaning and replacing a motor by Mr Appliance brought the unit’s performance to the level we expected and fast! The rep was professional friendly and the price was very reasonable, I recommend them highly.
