Here’s a story you don’t hear often. I had dishwasher that was leaking water from the bottom. It was a total of five visits with two different techs, trying to figure out what the problem was. The problem couldn’t be identified and most likely due to a crack in the dishwasher itself however, during the whole situation, the techs were very professional. The owner reached out and discussed what the next steps were about being able to fix the issue itself. He refunded the money that was spent trying to fix it and was very kind throughout it all. They definitely live up to their warranty when fixing an issue. In the future, they will be my number one option with any other problems that arise in the future.

Hired them to diagnose and repair a commercial oven. Had made some calls to places that do strictly commercial and they were more expensive. These guys were communicative and professional and got the job done quickly.

Our Mr. Appliance Eric did a great job repairing our double oven. He went above and beyond when he wasn’t content with the 5-10 degree temperature variation of our oven. We will definitely use Mr. Appliance for all of our appliance repairs if needed.

Brad arrived right on time and was awesome. He took the time to check the settings on our fridge and even gave us suggestions on how to keep it operating most efficiently. He was very personable and made sure we were satisfied before he left.

Fantastic service. I called and was able to get a same day appointment. Not only could they fix my kegerator (which many repair places won’t) he did quickly and simply. Brad was so kind and obviously an expert in his craft. They will be my first call going forward.

I was very pleased with the service that Mr Appliance provided. Brad provided an estimate of the damage to my gas dryer. He corrected the problem and replaced the rollers. It is quiet now and working properly.
