Our Samsung refrigerator ice maker stopped making ice. I called our local Mr. Appliance and scheduled a repair tech to come out the next day. The tech called to advise that he could arrive early. After testing the unit, he advised that an internal part was broken and that the unit would have to be replaced. Two days later, he returned with the new unit and installed and tested it in a matter of minutes. Thanks Mr. Appliance for timely repair at a reasonable price.

Was visiting Blanchard, Oklahoma to help family with a newborn, Their dishwasher hadn’t been working, so I called the trusty franchise that we use back in KY, and Kevin Schaeffer from Mr. appliance showed up the same day we requested, and had the part to fix the dishwasher the next day!
