Very professional tech that came to our house. He put a mat down outside and wiped his feet. Put shoe covers on before ever stepping foot in our house. He had our washing machine diagnosed and fixed within 45 minutes. Superb communication and very friendly. Not to mention I just called to see when they could fit us in and a tech was at our house literally an hour later. Great service and totally would recommend you giving them a chance!

Was able to perform in-home board level repair of faulty main element relays on our older electric oven, with the holidays looming. How many companies will EVEN do that now, versus make you get a whole new oven, or wait for a complete board replacement! Jake was super efficient and very knowledgeable about accessing our built-in, and quickly located the problem.

Jake was our Mr.Appliance guy! Our dryer was making a very shrill squeaking sound during light and heavy loads. He explained what was wrong and quickly fixed it the same day! He was very pleasant and kind to my cats who came to "observe"/say hello! Our dryer is happily humming the song of its people and we couldn't be more grateful! Price was completely fair as well. :)
