Very easy to schedule an appointment on-line. Our refrigerator issue was diagnosed and resolved quickly. Lane is very knowledgeable and provided great service! I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance to everyone!

Lane found the problem right away and left to order the part. He returned as soon as the part came in and fixed our dryer.

I really like that the people who come do the work feel like people I can trust to be around the house and the family, that is a big plus; and of course they can fix the appliance.

They were scheduled to show up between 12-4 and they showed up at noon! They were very communicative, helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful.
