Came in did the job. Did it well. Eric was my tech. He was professional, courteous and well mannered. He was knowledgeable and put it in terms i understood. Give that man a raise. If anything just because he exhibited a level of professionalism that used to be considered common but sadly no longer is.

Today was the first time I called Mr Appliance. My dryer went out last night, I called around 9:30 this morning, they had a service technician here by 11:15. He fixed my dryer by NOON! Totally impressed!
