Very good service. The tech Jorge messaged prior saying he could arrive a little bit early, but would be there at scheduled time if not convenient. A bit of a challenging job due to the previous installation of dryer but we got it out and Jorge quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with parts he had on hand. Now have a working dryer. He was very polite and diligent and reminded me of the 3 month guarantee of repairs.

James was prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was patient when the parts we ordered were delayed, causing him to have to make an extra trip to our house. He came back on a holiday once we received the parts and fixed our washer in 5 minutes.
