I was very pleased with the service. Boh was very knowledgeable and professional. Boh replaced the pilot sensor in the lower part of my oven in less than an hour. Lucky gor me he had the new part with him so I was able to use my oven right away. Back to baking!

Umm...they were great overall! Customer service rep was super nice...and offered for their tech to show up early! When the tech showed up...he was super fast at figuring out what all was the problem. He was ready and had the part with him in the truck. The.price was fair...paying for part labor and convenience...we'll worth it! Quick replacement and cleaned the area. Super friendly tech....named Bo! Very hospitable and polite. Yeah I would work with them again!

Mr Appliance came, moved my refrigerator examined the compressor and told me that one piece was not functioning, but it can be ordered and when it is delivered, he would come and install it, and my almost 19 years fridge will work again. He also told me that all that needed to be done would cost $509. I figured that the cost of the repair was 1/3 of I would have to pay to get a new fridge. Five days later, he called me to make sure that I would be at home, he came moved the fridge and install the new part, and my fridge woke up and it's be cooling like new.

When our refrigerator was not working Mr. Appliance responded the next day, repairing our refrigerator on the spot. They were timely, professional and courteous.
