Excellent company with exceptional employees. I couldn’t say enough about how well we were treated from start to finish. Our washer would not spin out and Alex came quickly and assessed the situation. He came back with the parts the next day. We would totally recommend Mr.Appliance. Would give 10 stars if I could!

First of all, Mr appliance and mentor was very kind and efficient when setting up this appointment. Prior to Jeff, the technician arriving they texted me with his information as well as a photo of him so that I could confirm that the gentleman at my door was who he said he was. Jeff came evaluated the problem with our dryer, went out to his van to touch base with his company was back in within 15 minutes. He installed the new part in our dryer is as good as new. Couldn't be happier with Mr appliance or with our technician Jeff. Thank you very much

We called Mr appliance about orour dishwasher. Alex came out the next day. He was prompt, polite and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, had to order the part, came back the next day and had the dishwasher fixed in no time. Would recommend Mr Appliance and Alex. We would use again.
