Was visiting Blanchard, Oklahoma to help family with a newborn, Their dishwasher hadn’t been working, so I called the trusty franchise that we use back in KY, and Kevin Schaeffer from Mr. appliance showed up the same day we requested, and had the part to fix the dishwasher the next day!

First time using this company, Frank was AWESOME!! He did repairs on my dryer, it's working GREAT!! He was professional, polite, and explained things well. He was also dependable and let us know when he was arriving. We are pleased and satisfied customers. Thanks Frank!! They are also pretty quick to provide service. I waited a couple of days, unlike previous experiences, I would have had to wait weeks or even months.

I’ve used you guys twice and the technicians are very fast and effective he did great. I only have 1 thing, the price for todays services was pretty expensive for a 5 minute job

Travis was great and solved my dryer issues. I was very pleased with everything. He was very knowledgeable and had great recommendations to keep my dryer running smooth. I would definitely recommend him and Mr. Appliance. Also appointments were easy just go online and they will text you confirmation.

I am so lucky to have found Mr Appliance! Frank, our area technician, has come to our home and so far fixed three major appliances for me. Frank is terrific - so knowledge, professional and friendly. A very helpful scheduler and reasonable prices also.

Once a work order was sent, they scheduled promptly and repaired my refrigerator (that was still under warranty) within two days. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional, as were all customer service at Mr. Appliance.

Kevin was so professional and personable the repair was absolutely perfect. I have tried several repair attempts in the past on different occasions from several individuals and companies never was too pleased. I will only call Mr. Appliance in the future just refreshing great service from beginning to end.

My 3-year-old Speed Queen died on 3/6. I called Mr. Appliance early that morning. They showed up the same day and quickly diagnosed the problem. They ordered the part, and today, 3/8, my washer is fixed! Highly recommend!

Mr. Appliance was super easy to schedule with.....they even moved some appointments around to get a technician to my house in Kingfisher within 24 hrs. Robert was very professional and honest....explained that my appliances had parts that were no longer available and gave me numerous options. I will for sure use them in the future.

Great communication, even sends a text of a picture of your maintenance guy, a text for when they are about to arrive. Very friendly, thorough and affordable. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
